Nicotine. The only thing I can't seem to kick. I think you're likely right about the wife. The wine is from a box. Economical. 4 liters for the price of one. After the 2nd glass you don't care how it tastes.

Quitting is easy when you make up your mind, I just quit a 2 pack/day habit 2 days ago, I use the gum. I'm also an accomplished quitter, 8-9 times now, longest was the last time - 5 years and I thought I could handle the odd Cuban cigar, turns out I couldn't so here we go again.
