Kudos to her, as the original owner, to drive it as a daily driver all of those years. Over 100K miles. And restore it rather than tire of it. Cool story.

Met a woman in Denver (Englewood) a few years ago with a pink DeLorean.

I love the Espada. I have watched the Leno's Garage video with Espada about 20 times.

Well, not only is she a gearhead going to track events and driving a lambo daily, she also is a pilot and had to be talked out of making her dining room a show garage. Amazing! One of you older single guys from the forum needs to hook up with this lady!

Wow..great story! They were a lucky couple to afford an Espada brand new. The Espada is one of the prettiest cars to come out of Sant'Agata. I actually like the color on the car, the interior is gorgeous.

Very cool story. There was an older lady that I would see every now and again at the local bank--she drove a bright pink 79 Vette with an airbrushed Marilyn Monroe on the hood and she had cotton-candy blonde/white hair. Some people probably thought she was just an over-the-top personality, in reality she was Donna Mae Mims, the "pink lady" from SCCA and Yenko fame. She certainly knew her way round cars and racing.

That's a cool story...and to think, restored almost 20 years ago and it has over 100k miles and it's still going strong, pretty impressive for any Italian exotic.
