Isn't The Internet Grand?
I have been having a bitter taste in my mouth after I ate or drank anything. It started with a morning cup of joe. I thought maybe the cup still had some residual soap or something in it. Tried another cup, same thing. So now, after a few days, I'm thinking there is a problem. I work with a lot of chemicals and was beginning to think I need to go to the doctors. I figured I'd google it first. Turns out I am getting this from pine nuts. I had some in a salad last weekend and then bought them for home salads. They cause bitterness when in some people afterwards for 10 to 15 days. I would have spent 9 billion dollars at the docs and come up with nothing.
Who'd have thunk? Isn't the internet grand? :D |
I read about these on another forum (Canuck)

When I took Lunesta several years ago for insomnia, it made everything that was supposed to be sweet very bitter. It was a horrible thing! Sugar in my coffee made it taste like bile, I'm glad I don't take Lunesta any more!
