How about a combination? Epoxy floor maybe grey in the area where foot traffic would be with the black and white checkered tiles under each car with a red boarder around the perimeter of the checkered area?
Similar to this. ![]() and as Tobra said the cars please? |

Griot's Garage has some fantastic-looking porcelain tiles. One of the more expensive ways to go, but I think (for a museum) it might be a classier way to go than epoxy.

For a museum, tiles of some sort.

Well if it is going to be a "show place". No work going on at all. How about checkered tiles under the cars and a grey carpet around the edges where you would walk?

I prefer polished concrete if the slab is in good shape. You can have acetone dyes applied during the polishing process to create a beautiful extremely durable concrete floor. No coating to fail like an epoxy floor.

If it was me... Grey Epoxy floor and then removable tiles over the top.
(I'm assuming you mean the ones that lock into each other, Like a big mat) One day you may want to sell the house and you have the option of taking them with you.

I just came across these in my photobase. I am not sure if this is Brumos Porsche or just a Brumos car in a dealership. The photos were originally posted by another user on another thread on this forum.

If you want to see a bunch of pics and ideas visit The Garage Journal and go to "forums". Some great garages there.
I like my garage to be an extension of my living room. My last garage was wall to wall commercial grade indoor/outdoor carpet. Not cheap astro turf kind of stuff..... Just another option. ![]()

![]() Seven coats of epoxy. Did it mostly myself with the help of freinds. Great for a showroom, lounge, or parking. But shows dust. Looks great when mopped. Not so good for a shop. Drop a tool, chip the floor. Bob
