Jimmy Buffett falls off stage
 

Jimmy Buffett has been in Sydney for three concerts, the first in Australia for over 23 years.

At tonights concert, right at the end after he had finished and was waving to the fans, he walked off the edge of the stage falling headlong to the concrete below. He was taken to Hospital with a head injury about half an hour later.

Up till then it had been a great night. My wife and I are both parrot heads, so being able to see him in Sydney has been fantastic. The first two concerts were in the concert hall of the Sydney Opera House - the one with the big sails that look like oversized shark fins!!!

Hope the poor guy is OK - at 64 yrs old it's not easy to take a knock like that!
