Vegas - March 21-25, I There Baby!!!
I'm attending (and maybe speaking) at the ConExpo show in Lost Wages. The ConExpo is a trade show focused on construction and mining equipment. I'm staying at the Palms.
We should plan a lil sump'n sump'n?

April 10-15 for me.
Some new restos from January: Milos - Cosmopolitan - excellent apps (just like the Montreal home resto). Octopus, the eggplant tower, calamari - yum yum. Our main course table fish - a monster red snapper was a bit dry & overcooked. Bouchon - Venetian - nice buns, good services but once again disappointing. My carpaccio was the best dish of the night although the monster plate of fries disappeared as well. Charlie Palmer - their ribsteak is the best in the city - if not the country - imho. Panevino - still a fav for Italian. I missed the meal but others were raving from our large party. Ian
