I might be able to make it to Burbank on Saturday. Gotta check with the wifey, I don't think we're doing anything.

My rehearsal on Sat is in Hollywood, so hopping to Burbank afterwards is easy.

Todd, know of anything around the BUR airport thats easy to get in and out of? Wonder where SloDave is these days? Still up to his armpits in sawdust?

Better to be pissed off than pissed on. If that's any consolation.

Wife says we've got nothing going on, so I'm in. Joe, if you want, I can pick you up and take you on a behind the scenes tour of the Disney Studios and maybe Universal Studios while it's still daylight, if you're interested.

Joe, we're on for doing a tour of the Disney and Universal lots. I got your PMs, send me another PM, or post here where in the Burbank area I should pick you and your co-pilot up on Saturday. Todd, do you want to meet for dinner in the Burbank/Universal Studios City Walk area? If you're busy until 6:30 PM how about 7PM or so? If you want to meet us somewhere off property, I can get us all in my car and get free parking at City Walk (save $10 per car). You could park at the Red Line parking on Lankershim in front of Universal Studios and we could go from there. PM me or post here. Anyone else want to participate in dinner/drinks? I won't be able to bring anyone else onto the backlots at the studios on Saturday. SloDave, Noah930?
Joe, we can meet earlier than I posted in the last PM and make an afternoon of it and show you some cool development that Disney is doing, to the tune of $750 Million at our Ranch north of LA very near where I live. I can meet with you as early as after lunch.

Hugh, I'll have my gear with me and I never leave my basses in my car so I'll be hauling those to wherever we meet. Probably easier for me just hook up directly. I was thinking more dive bar like Tony Darts Away (Tony's Darts Away) but I'm easy.
btw, damn foggy at SMF. Thank gawd for ILS

I've never been to Tony darts. Just a yelp find. I'll go wherever but avoiding $10 to park at city walk is desirable. One less drink I can buy Joe
