If you've ever known anyone with a traumatic brain injury (not even dealing with the whole gunshot to the head part!) then you know that she is pushing the envelope for every level of recovery. This is just an amazing story to follow, after such a catastrophic event.

It's so heart-wrenching, I can't read about it more than a snippet or so a week. I can't imagine my wife going through that, but then she's a lot tougher than I am.
