I need a good pipe organ cd recommendation
I was sitting is mass today thinking how much I enjoy the pipe organ music. Ive got a decent stereo at home anchored by Magnepan 1.6 speakers which I think would sound amazing with the right CD. Any recommendations for well produced pipe organ music?

Back in the 90s when I was doing car stereo competiton, the big "hi-fi tester" was called "Bachbusters". To be honest I don't know if it's relevant anymore. There alot of electronic stuff involved to make your stereo go nuts.

Get to these people, they have one huge pipe organ and they sold the music when we were up there. My wife didn't buy any or I would send it to you.

My favorite
Virgil Fox. I especially like Virgil Fox performs Bach, Franck, Dupre, Widor and other by Virgil Fox. It is at least a start. Enjoy gary |
+1 on E Power Biggs. Virgil Fox is good, but anything by Biggs is better. He was the guy.
