Need a favor from someone local to Pelican Parts
Anyone work/live near there warehouse? I need to buy a couple parts for my e300d that Pelican can't ship... front bumper impact strip & lower valance. PP says they are too difficult to ship without damaging.
I was thinking I could have them cut in half (front plate covers it anyway) and then it would be easier to box & ship without having them busted up in transit. These are the parts I need: Pelican Parts - Product Information: 210-885-07-25-M89 Pelican Parts - Product Information: 210-885-01-21-M22 Pelican Parts - Product Information: 210-820-13-21-M22 Pelican Parts - Product Information: 210-820-14-21-M22 If someone could pick the stuff up, then cut the impact strip & valance and then box it all up and send it to me (USPS), I would be forever grateful and would GLADLY pay you for your troubles. I had my car painted over Christmas. It looks great, except I am missing thse final bits to make it look new again. These same parts will cost me a FORTUNE locally, and that aftermarket valance is not available in Canuckistan. Any bites?

Find out if anyone near you & a race team are going to the 12 Hours of Sebring or taking a car to the Amiela Island Concours, then they could bring the stuff back in their truck..

thanks for the idea Byron. When I called PP, they said the parts were local pick-up only from their California location.
Ha, not that we have a lot of locals taking cars to Sebring... wish we did!!
