On Topic: just for fun thought I would pull up all the houses with a 2 car garage for sale in Boulder proper, not a single one between 300-400k!

I have family there, as such I will not go anywhere near Boulder....

RWebb, please explain to me what you mean by your comments. In ten years of camping, fishing, etc in the snowies and all over Wyo I have never had a single problem.

Of course, I don't have any 'Dem stickers on my cars, so maybe that is why have been immune to this mysterious car vandal of Wyo that you seem to know so much about.

when I lived in Laramie, and to some extent in Casper, young people - many of them UW students - routinely discussed trashing cars w/ green license plates (Colo.) parked at trailheads

it's similar to the way Oregonians feel about Californians -- too many of them and not wanted

your political sticker is irrelevant

Hmmmm, a number of my friends are from Wyoming, and my wife worked in the Sectretary of State's office in Cheyenne for years and we have never experienced this.

Now, the WYO State Troopers will definitely hammer the folks with CO plates, but that can be said for just about any state, as far as giving tickets to out staters.

There is a lot of trash talking as usual during the Border Battle game's, but it is all i good spirits. Those of us in CO and WYO tend to stick togther a little more than in other areas of the US I would imagine.

For the record, I don't have any political stickers on my vehicles.

Back on topic, boys. This thread has nothing to do with cars being vandalized in Wyo.

I lived in Boulder for the better part of ten years. It's a beautiful and fun city.
I'd consider living there again if I could afford it. Unique for certain and worth checking out.

As was mentioned very few people there are from Boulder. It's a city of migrants from around the world. Tell your friend to go for it! No reason not to, other than the crazy real estate prices as has been mentioned. Owning a condo in Boulder turned out to be the best single financial investment of my life, FWIW.
