I stumbled across this website which you might find very useful.
This website records all those incidents in which you have been
caught speeding. See how many times you have been logged into the system, even when a letter is not despatched.

Once you're in, enter with the username bsmith
The password is bill99

Just enter the registration number of your car (current or old) to
get all the details. You can even view the offending picture
(Surprisingly clear)
