House going on the market this week- take a look at the website
I had it on the market last year for considerably more, but the market proved difficult. This has been a great house, but it's time to move on. Realtor just built this website and I think it looks pretty good.

A very nice house you have there. Good luck with the sale.

Looks nice. Well written and the lifestyle shots are a nice touch.
One thing that does bug me is the wide angle shots that makes things look bigger than they really are. It's a personal thing and may not matter. Good luck |
Very nice house. Mine is going on the market soon too...

Spectacular ad.
Although, a better garage pic (with a Porsche or two) would be good. Also, the overview map should have a red dot, locating the property. |
Mark, you put so much work into that house and it shows. It looks great!
Good luck with the sale!!! |
We lived in D/FW for 11 years. For some reason the house reminds me of the good times. Good luck with the sale!

Beautiful home and the site looks good, but there are some things that I noticed.
It appears your missing a newel on the bottom of the handrail in that one picture of the family room (?), pictures seem to skip around the house (were they taken as one would walk around the house), pictures take a while to load, as does the flyer/brochures (maybe it's my connection, but others could have the same issue?). Are the dimensions displayed in to in or out to out? It alwys makes me nervous to see dimensions, as you get people who think your ripping them off when they don't come up with the SF/same numbers. Does the SF include the garage? I like to look at the house starting at the front and going room to room, the exterior, followed with the scenic pictures after the house. Just my $.02 Good luck! I hope it sells quickly for you. |
Thanks guys
