I have the one with the round barrel, not octagonal. It's a fabulous shooter. I bought it myself when I was 10 yrs. old for $75 at an antique store and gave it to my dad for Father's Day. Yes, they let me buy that gun and I carried it on my shoulder to meet my mom at church several blocks away to put it in her car. I've seen ones like mine go for $800ish. I'll never sell it.

what is the serial number?
i may be wrong but looking at the flat buttplate i think it may be a 1906 model.
the '90s i've seen have all had a crescent plate like this.

look at this.

We had one of those. I wonder what happened to it?
Fun little gun to shoot. You could rattle through 16 shorts in a hurry!

Winchester .22

Appears to be a 1906 model. If so, it could still have the original barrel. The going prices range from about $300 to $2500 depending on condition. If yours is indeed a model 1906, in the condition shown in the picture, then it is likely in the $300 to $600 range. Nice gun. Winchesters and Colts make good shooters and collectibles.
