Anyone sell these wheels?

Weird question, but does anyone recognise the room where the photo was taken?

I've tried that Milt but it doesnt come up with anything apart from the advert they are on at the moment.

Story is they are currently for sale supposedly in the UK, but I'm sure I've seen that pic on Pelican somewhere. The advert is screaming scam.

Garage
No photoshopping, the UK Craigslist is full of cut and pasted scam ads.

No not photoshopped.
What makes me smile is that the house looks pretty posh with the leather and wood bench seat. But the seller says he lives in the Shetland Islands. Not dissing anyone in the Shetlands but style is normally the least of their worries

Have you tried searching the parts classified here for RSR Fuchs? I seem to remember seeing those wheels, rather that background as well.

Apparently these UK parts scammers are giving the 419 guys a run for their money lately...

For those not familiar with the UK scam:
Someone supposedly in the UK lists an ad with ridiculously low prices, using pics from someone-else legitimate parts ad... and because they're out of the country you can't locally pick up the parts so you 'have' to send the cash up front.... never hear from them again...

Nice huh?

You're not wrong there.
Here was another one I came across the other night. This one was for Ruf wheels. Scammer completely ripped off the Pelican advert. Both adverts are down now.

We are seeing this with aircraft parts lately. Know one person who got scammed. I emailed the seller and he wanted to sell me practically half of a plane (in parts) for "only" $450 and another $75 in shipping... from the UK! Nope, it was a scam and the freight company they were supposedly using was also a scam.
