Amazon.com: Mothers 05141 PowerBall Mini Polishing Tool: Automotive

Anyone use one of these? I'm tired of busting knuckles and having to pop fingers back from double extension.

Can they be used with abrasives to remove paint or anodizing w/o screwing them up?

I tried a regular Power-Ball on my ForgeLines earlier tonight, and not much luck..
