Don't take my earlier comment personally. They are very well built cars. Recently my ex contacted me about buying a car.
I suggested a Toyota because of their reliability etc.

It's just that they don't do it for me. I believe you'll be happier in a car that you desire than otherwise.
I can't explain it any better than that.

Sad thing is is they both had them before they met.

A 240D is boring as ****, slow as ****, and ridiculously reliable. Best of all, it's not a American or Japanese.

While bartending in college I was driving a 90 blue chevy corsica. 3 am driving home and smelling of booze, I needed to be invisible. It worked like a champ.
