What are the best retail products for killing mold and/or critters in this situation?

Bleach for the mold and then dry the hell out of it. Getting and keeping it dry is key.

Well, there are fine and coarse red hairs, so I went with brunette, as they are more consistent.

I hate to make things complicated.
