Also its the anniversary of Albert Einsteins birthday..

He would be 132 years old today....

I can have a Steak and BJ everyday... why just single one day out to celebrate that?

No, probably zucchini and a cucumber day. Think about it, it ain't good.

Funny thing. A guy at work the other day was telling me this story. He said that when he was a teen a whacky neighbor told him. "Cucumbers are great, cut the end off, hollow out the seeds, nuke it for a few secs and it's just like the real thing." (I guess no one had invented the flesh light yet). Hmm, yeah, I just don't see it.

Another story that I was told when I was bartending. There was this older waitress. She said she'd had 3 brothers and her father had been a butcher. I guess the story is that a lonely guy can take a slab or two of beef liver, roll it into a tube, stuff it into a jar and have his way with it. As hard as it is to imagine, I think I'm even more grossed out by that picture than the cucumber.

Yeah, vegans probably aren't "loving" their beef liver. Or hell, maybe that's why they don't eat it.

Remember, vegans do not allow ANY animal-based protein into or on their bodies...

Grateful Dead Sound Man Supplied '60s With LSD
Owsley Stanley, the grandson of a former Kentucky governor, made and supplied the LSD that fueled acid rock and California's hallucinogenic culture in the 1960s.

Mr. Stanley died Sunday at age 76 after an automobile accident in Queensland, Australia, where he had emigrated in the 1980s.

His relationship to Earth's life forms included following a purely carnivorous diet. Carbohydrates and vegetables were killers, he said. He blamed a recent heart attack on poisonous broccoli his mother had fed him as a child.

TIL not to google that.

Porsche-O-Phile 03-15-2011 05:21 AM

Well I'm glad I'm not vegan then - just regular non-meat-eating vegetarian. Or more to the point here, I'm glad my wife is...

I take it "cucumber guy" above never explored the virtues of baked goods ("American Pie")?
