Any Civil Engineers here? In So-Cal
I'm moving my warehouse into Cerritos California. I've found a GREAT building that fits my needs. 6,600 sq feet. it's 44% larger than my old spot for 16% more $
I went to city hall to get my business license and they're requesting that I have my boltless shelving drawn out by a civil engineer. I would like to keep the cash in the family so to speak ![]()

I feel for you to have to pay this kind of money and deal with the stupid city just for some damn shelves. Before Steve open up his new place on Sierra Madre, he had hell getting a building permit with the city. I had to help him with the drawings and such. Going back and forth with them was the pits. We finally got done. He's got shelves in there... Well, you know what I mean.
