Have you tried Yahoo or Google? Both can do this.

If not I suggest Customizable Home Pages made easy for a list of the best ones.

I like Netvibes - Dashboard Everything . It's very customizable and I like the modularity of it. I even think there is an Iphone/Ipad app for the service if you have one of those devices!
