Is the net slow today?
 
Is it me , my ISP, or the fact I forgot to drain the steam trap on my system, but is everything moving (on the net at least) at glacial speed?

Normal net speed here.

Drain the steam trap some again. Maybe you did not get it all flushed.

maybe one of the net injectors is gummed up. try running some injector cleaner and pulsing it with a 9v battery
