Auto inssurance, pay more or pay less

Ok so Got my car up and running again. And i'm in need of inssurance

My choices so far
Progressive 220$
State farm 250$
Geico 260$
21st century 290$

I had geico and was in an accident and they were great. Switched to 21st b/c they were cheaper then geico but now its the oposite. Progressive is the best price inssurance and i'm unemployed so the less the better, but i do want to have the cofidence if i do crash that i will be covered and not hassled.

We have State Farm for all of our coverage and have been happy. When the deer smacked the 911 last year everything was taken care of without issue. We even refinanced our recent car purchase with them and saved even more money.

I have to ask Jamie, are those prices for 6 months? If so I have to move to Visalia!

Take care,
Michael

I'd ask around in your neighborhood. I've heard good and bad stories of all of the companies listed. I think much of your satisfaction will depend on the claims adjuster that covers your particular area.
For the record, i am happy with Geico, except that glass replacement is covered under the comprehensive deductible.

State Farm is a class act. I'd sell my Kidney before insuring with Geico or Progressive.....have some pride.....stoopid ass commercials and they provide free radar guns to PDs.....

I say, get your insurance from whichever company pisses away the least of your premium dollars on television commercials. As such, all the above are disqualified.

What limits? Do you own your house, are you getting the minimum? If so. the illegals who do a swoop staged crash will own your house.

We have State Farm and while they were good about the accident my daughter had, they now allow aftermarket and junk yard parts to be used, under the guise of it's green, saves us money on premiums, etc.

That said, they are the cheapest around here.
