Who hasnt? Ebay is worthless at taking care of issues. You need to do your legwork beforehand with them.

Paypal is as well worthless. My first foray with them was using a bank account. They tried to lock the account when I stopped payment on a seller who was playing games with me. Ended up closing the bank account and putting an AmEx credit card on the account. They hate it but AmEx will back ME up and not Paypal.

They are both crooks...
