Intro (& anyone in Augusta GA?)
Hey folks, I've been lurking around for a while, planning my eventual Porsche purchase. I've loved the cars since I was a kid. My general plan was to keep my old Infintiti I35 for about 15 years, and in about 2 years by a 3.2, SC or 993. That all went to hell last week when my I35 got totaled. SO now I'm looking for a non-p-car since I am not financially prepared to jump into an old porsche.
By chance, is anyone in or around Augusta Ga that can recommend a mechanic or body shop to check out a used Infiniti before I head over there from NOLA? Thanks a lot, this board is great, and I've learned a ton about 911s since I joined up. |

Thanks, the worst part is it has really screwed up my 911 plans.

Lots of people drive 911's daily. Was that your only people hauler? You just about have to have at least one car that seats 4 comfortably.

Yep, it was my only one. I need to stick a little more $$ in the bank before I go buying a 25 year old 911. When I do, it will be a daily driver though.

You need a 928! V8 soundtrack, and Porsche handling at 25% the price!
