Spoon rig...357 with loaders and liteweight on the the back.

So....wanna run a Smith, 357 Chief in a standard rig under the left pit. Couple a loader pouches and an Airlite in the small of the back above the belt line.

Apologies to the auto crowd.....

My current load is belt mounted. My issue is waist mounted spoons are subject to hijack or attention.

Any ideas?

SOB carry is usually frowned upon. In the event that you land on your arse, having a gun press into your spine may not end well.

Have you considered IWB or Appendix carry?

Carrying a spoon inside your pants (in a holster) is much less obvious than carrying it outside your pants. You can even tuck in your shirt.

I have an AirLite ankle holster.

The Big 357 is a bit of an issue. Trying to have a comfy carry, easy access w/o an obvious bulge.

The ankle 5 pot airlite is probably best...just looking at options and opinions.

My neighbor just got his CPL (concealed pistol license) and he carries his S&W AirWeight in a IWB and it carries very easily and comfortably for him. I don't remember who made his holster, but I think it's a Galco...

A Galco Miami classic horizontal shoulder rig should work well for the .357 as long as you can wear a jacket. For the waist gun, i'd go with a quality inside the waist or paddle holster, depending on how concealed you need it to be at any given moment.

I personally own a lot of holsters, and use whatever one seems to suit whatever i decide to wear on any given day.
