What was the gist of the press conference?

I've got a place in mind for any and all trailers about 8 miles south of the track. I haven't inquired as it's way too soon to tell what might come. The site is about 180 acres of private land, just have to call. The down side is you have leave the vicinity of the track, the upside is there will be very little traffic to and from that direction.

I'll keep you informed on the traffic, maybe some construction updates too.
