Another day, another protest in DC

This taken from a friend's office window on 14th st. A nearly daily occurance, today they were chanting, "the youth are rising" + mumbling and vuvuzelas |
Does the city charge for the permit to protest?
It must cost a lot to hire the cops & to close the streets. |

That protest is lame. For a Capital protest, they should have canceled it due to lack of interest.

because of some holiday in DC the rest of the country got 3 extra days to file taxes. |
That is a lame protest. DC Metropolitan police are the best in the country at crowd control. They wrote the book. These protesters are total amateurs.
