Best place to unload Blackberry torch 9800?

I won a Blackberry Torch 9800 at a developers conference. I do not have much use for it (recently upgraded my phone) and would like to find a good place to sell it.

I put it on Craigslist and have received some responses. I am guessing one or two may be legitimate, but most are from people who want to buy it for their kids, but they happen to be traveling, so they will over pay for shipping because of the inconvenience...

Is there a good marketplace for this kind of thing?

I'd be interested as well, if it #1 falls through.

AT&T (GSM), right?

Gazelle is a quick and easy way to get rid of something. You won't get top-dollar, but it is painless.

OK, an update. I put the phone on e-Bay before I received these replys. I am sorry, I should have listed it here first. I went to lunch, came back to these replys and someone had clicked the buy it now button.

I have not sold anything on eBay, but assuming it goes through fine, I am no longer the owner of the phone. If it does not go through, I will let you all know.

Make sure you double check the payment policies on cell phones if you are a new user-

Paypal can hold your funds for up to 21 days if you have no selling feedback. So you sell the phone, and wait- or until the buyer leaves positive feedback.

Big time PITA- check to be sure.

Sell it here, then cancel the sale and refund the buyer.

Screw the waiting period. I'm pretty certain you are gonna get hit with it.

If you have to set up PP, do NOT use a bank account. Use only a credit card. I prefer AmEx as they will stop any games with PP with only an email, while Visa/MC will require something in writing.

Just to close the loop (I hope). They payment hit my account last night. I have shipped the item to NJ as of this morning. A nice service that e-Bay offers is providing the phone number of the buyer. I called them last night and it was a cell phone store. They were cordial enough and I feel OK about the transaction currently.

Cool- maybe the rules changed. I got bit on the hold the funds deal last year despite a 100% flawless feedback
