Good marketing but any joker that can't list an asking price...

It's like going to price something and seeing it say "$CALL". Yeah right like I'm going to do that and listen to your high-pressure sales BS. Next.

I do like the marketing approach however...

I'm always amazed by these supposed "homes" like that. It looks like a cross between living in a hotel and a bar. How much entertaining does a person do to have a place like that?
