What do you call this thing? It's some kind of dolly-trolley-trailer-truck.
![]() I had my '71S on this for a year. I could move it anywhere with engine and tranny installed. It would hold a lot more car or project. Anyway, it's for sale locally. It's one heavy sum b!tcH. Bring a trailer or a truck, ramps and winch and a couple hundred bucks. Looking at McMaster Carr, I see the casters are pricey. When I know what to call it, I'm putting it on the PartsFS section. I could do CraigsList, but I'd rather see a Pelican get it. |

Milt, we have something similar and it is known as "the wagon". Quite handy as you said.

It does have a short tongue and there is a hitch ball on the other end, so it was used like a luggage train at the airport. But this is one heavy duty MoFo. I suspect it is from a factory because of the solid tires. It wouldn't be all that good outside on asphalt.

That is really cool! I can see one of the Porsche shops wanting something like that! I wonder if Henry Schmidt needs something like that?

Milt, I'll be in LA night of April 28 connecting back to Boston. Will it fit on a plane?

What is the name of that cheap engine freight business. I've seen moving companies tack on something extra to fill out a load. I shipped a piano that way once to AL. At least it doesn't need a cart to move it. ![]() New use: |

My son would love that! Anything with wheels. If we were closer I'd make an offer.
Reminds me of one of these... ![]()
