I know there are some Sinn owners here...
Anything to watch for when buying one used? I'm looking at a pretty clean 657 and just want some tips and impressions.

Good brand. I've owned a 356 Flieger for several years, it's been a good watch.

I've got a UX. Absolutely the best watch I've ever owned. Ooozes quality, I still look at it and marvel at its beauty and technology :D There is a cracking Sinn forum here Sinn

103 Chrono
I have an early 103 Chrono. Its a great watch which i brought from a pilot who had been stationed in Germany. He told me he brought it from the OG Sinn shop which was close to his airbase. Its an amazing watch I wore for many years and now my wife wears it.
That said it has early Sinn non screw down chrono function pushers, one of which fell off last year (after 30 years) and could not be repaired by the Sinn agent here. The watch had to be sent to Germany for repair and it was around 250 euros ! I wasn't going to have it repaired but my wife really likes the watch so we got it done. I must say Sinn were very helpful and installed a English day wheel and replaced my scratched bezel for free. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1304629776.jpg |
