Finally got back on 2 wheels!

So after a 3year hiatus after selling this beauty....

I managed to sort through the electrical issues on this bike dad had sitting in the shop, change the tires, and RIDE! Its just a 250 but being a water cooled 4 stroke that wraps past 9k.... It'll git....

It just happened to be GORGEOUS this afternoon.... and since some idiot ordered the wrong waterpump to finish my 944 project.... I went for a ride....

That bike is totally perfect for where you live.

Buy some slick tires and you can totally be a motard retard on the track, too.

Its only downfall is being a heavy pig.... Takes quite a bit to get it off the ground.... But... We've got terraces.... and it'll jump them...

Dad's talking about finding some correct material for the seat.... Its supposed to be a dark blue. That and the aluminum rack they came with from the factory. It could use paint too.... But IDK if I'm into TOTALLY disassembling a bike b/c the frame is due too...

Considering selling the NX.... Really need a bigger bike on the street, and a smaller bike on my parents place... Really need the space in my garage...

Looks like some idiot bought the wrong sunglasses too.... J/K Sid

A friend asked me to buy his Honda bike a while back, but I didn't.
Still have an itch I want to scratch though....

I still have an itch, but this just isn't enough out on the open road, and on my parents 10acres, I can't get it out of second gear safely... I've about bit a fence one too many times for my liking....

I have a hard time getting tiny Oakley sunglasses inside my helmet. How do you manage those dinner plates?

Those are too big to go over the helmet. They're big enough to mount to the handlebars like a windscreen.

That thing's pretty badass! I've got 2 Wr250's myself not street legal though : (
A 250 is plenty fast although with street gearing it might be a little sluggish, I've done 60 no problem in my wr in 5th

They slide right in no problem... The frame is slim, that helps..

Its a torque monster. But on the street its wound just a bit too tight for my liking at 65-70. It tachs out at 95, but OK roads are not near smooth enough for that....
