Well according to one wacko the end of the world or rapture is on Saturday. There will be a lot of zombies running around this weekend. Get your spoons ready!

Jim Richards 05-19-2011 05:37 AM

I wanna be a zombie with spoons.

Dan Himan 05-19-2011 08:03 AM

Remember to double tap.

krystar 05-19-2011 08:35 AM

dbl tap won't stop zombie. u need to headshot or sever the spinal column.

best weapon would be like a 10/22

Dan Himan 05-19-2011 08:57 AM

Well yea, I wouldn't rely on a 22, it would make things worse. How about a few swords, super sharp of course. Being zombies and all, should eliminate blood splatter.

Dan Himan 05-19-2011 08:59 AM

You meant a 10 gauge 22 shot right?

Brando 05-19-2011 09:14 AM

Finally the CDC publishes some disaster preparedness that's useful...

Can a zombie bite or residual fluids turn you into one? I gotta know if I need a regular or Kevlar hazmat suit!

that would require the zombies to be at close enough range to overwhelm you and possibly blood spray. infected blood splatter can enter via eyes, nose, mouth, open wound or a bite. a 22LR lets u engage at 50-100 yds while maintaining low ammo weight and high ammo avail. :)

besides, zombie survival guide analyzed the impact effectiveness of the 22LR vs other ammos on the human skull and found the 22LR best effective round. it doesn't penetrate the back of the skull, it just bounces around inside. body shots don't do anything to zombies. you can't put down a zombie with center mass shots.

def better to go kevlar rip proof. but u need air/blood filter or u'll just suffocate heh. and you'll limit your movement and visibility. and what about nature calls.

:P

You would have to hit soft spots, or it would just bounce off, like on deer. Or maybe their bones get soft? BTW this is funny ****.
