Macho Man Randy Savage Dead -- Dies In Car Accident | TMZ.com

Met him a few times.

Good guy, at least to me.

Alcohol NOT a factor. Good news only for those left behind. Darn..

Rip

We used to watch him wrestle in Johnson City, TN in the early '80s. One of my best friends used to work out with him.

masraum 05-20-2011 11:31 AM

He's in the great ring in the sky snapping into a Slim Jim as we speak.

RIP

Quite a personality

Believe it or not he puts on an annual Christmas show for underpriviledged children here in Tampa.

Really Sad, who does that leave, Rowdy and Hulk? Tough life.
:(

From shots of accident site, it looks like he died from something other than hitting a tree... heart attack? Stroke?

URY914 05-20-2011 12:55 PM

News says heart attack.

I always thought Miss Elizabeth (Elizabeth Hulette) was hot. She had a short life as well. RIP Macho Man!

TMZ spoke with Randy's brother, Lanny Poffo, who tells us the wrestling legend suffered a heart attack while he was behind the wheel around 9:25 AM ... and lost control of his vehicle.

Earlier this month, Savage celebrated his 1-year anniversary with his new wife Lynn.

Savage was 58.

Savage's wife was a passenger in the vehicle during the collision -- but survived with "minor injuries." She was transported to a different local hospital where she was treated.
Sad

Worked with him in Chicago one night at a benefit and he was a really nice dude.

I thought Miss Elizabeth was hot as well.

He seemed like a crazy guy with his way of talking and his expressions. I was always humored by him.

Macho Man was cool
but not too surprising
MI laid him low
