~sigh~ you did note the age of all those vehicles? my guess is that their cumulative value is much much less than the value of your RS spec coupe.

my take is that things have gotten totally out of hand re. pets and taking them to get fixed. people were trying to make me feel guilty about not having artificial hips given to my dog when he had hip dysplasia so bad he couldn't stand up.

look, the cat is doing fine. she is resting comfortably, is doing better than yesterday, eating and drinking. she is warm, dry, housed, fed, clean, and gets plenty of attention.

nice guy. you shouldn't have a pet if you treat them like that. take it to a vet now and they will work it out. if one doesn't do it, another will. may not even charge you if you're flat broke. just do it.

over and out.

well, she finally let me take a good hard look at what is going on. she must have gotten into it with our male cat (more likely he just attacked her for the fun of it: he is cruel). she has at least one infected sore on her rump area, i think it is more like two or three, that appear to be from fighting.

so, here she is eating some tuna fish, spiked with tetracycline:

Nynor has enough medical knowlege to deal with a few infected sores on himself, let alone the cat...

Some of you guys are taking this way out of hand....

for an abscess? you jest. some antibiotics and some milking of the wound, she'll be good as new in about three days. antibiotics to continue for a week to ten days.

she has a sore right at the root of her tail, on the top, not underneath. she'll be fine.
