The effort was an undertaking that herded over thirty of the world’s top academics and engineers to embark on a project that is encyclopedic in nature. Talented and practicing experts in process plant engineering from Asia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and North America have contributed chapters in this book all intended for the reader to easily understand and implement best practices in process plant equipment operations, reliability, and control. The book provides a comprehensive text that would enable the reader to have access to not only the fundamental information concerning process plant equipment but also for the reader to access practical ideas, best practices and experiences of highly successful engineers from around the world. The editors (Michael Holloway, Chikezie Nwaoha, Dr. Oliver A. Onyewuenyi) have divided the book into three sections as follows: Section I: Process Plant Equipment Operations Section II: Process Plant Reliability Section III: Process Measurement, Control and Modeling An encyclopedia of 23 chapters totaling over 1000 pages, retail list price $275.
