128 in a 45 zone
Not a Kyle fan or a real NASCAR fan but I think Kyle bush should lose his license and therefore his racing license, he's a moron.

If they punished every pro athelete who is an idiot outside the "office" by taking away their rights to do their respective sports, there would be no more sports.

Was he on an R GRuppe tour?

I'm sure he will pay the fine.
As far as taking away his comp license? BS. He was just practicing. ;) And how many of you have broken a speed limit? |
I don't know. It was a somewhat rural road. Very little traffic, from what I understand. I, growing up in a rural area, have know lots of people who have gotten carried away with a new car on those many rural roads of the south. I would be willing to bet that a good number of guys on this site have driven that fast on a back road in their own communities.

Get caught doing 100+ on any road in Oregon, it's an automatic loss of license, $2,000 fine, and most often a quick trip to jail with a confiscated vehicle...the more spendy the vehicle, the more likely it will be taken. |

Punish the redneck I say. Or make him do community PSA's for safe driving. rjp |

Offcamber, I think you are looking at this the wrong way. Finn |
James Dean was on a "rural road"........they should have arrested his hairy butt.

If pro athletes break the law and therefore no more sports?
Too f'n bad then. No more sports. They don't deserve a pass anymore than the rest of us. rjp |

128 MPH on the lonely very open straight highway set up for 70 MPH traffic is one thing, but in a 45 MPH zone it is insane. It shows very poor judgement. He should be without a license for a while. |

Sorry, don't look up to him then.... So what, he got caught speeding, and everyone in this thread has seen triple digits on public roads. This is really a non issue in my mind... He pays the fine and goes on.... |

2) My point being is money isn't going to deter him from doing that- he has enough not to care so make him do a PSA or three. 3)- as for the argument "everyone does it"- ya, until you wipe someone innocent out who was just trying to make it home. That doesn't justify anything. NO amount of money will fix that mistake once made. rjp |
it is not just speeding
he was in a 45 mph zone - must be a reason why the limit was set that low w/o knowing more, it's hard to say, but it sure sounds reckless |
