I had Jury Duty today...I was more afraid of the Jurors than the Defendant..One guy had been shot at on 2 occasions, one gal had cousins that are away for Rape, another had a brother away for murder....etc etc etc...and these were the ONES SELECTED.

First one reports to the Room and when they call your batch..you have to line up in numerical order...and then call your number to see if you are the right place in line...just like prison.

Ohh and getting into the Courthouse you have to empty your popckets, take off your belf and shoes...glad I didn't put the socks on with the holes in them, and the pants were ithgt enugh to stay to stay up whcih was a good thing cause I woulda given them a commando show.


Anyway the point of this Thread is after I did my time I decided on a Golden Nugget Buffet...$21 for dinner with little varieity...food was not bad BUT IT WAS THE MOST OVER PRICED BUFFET I HAVE BEEN TO YET.


The whole Downtown experience is a BIG WASTE OF TIME. so don't waste yer time...they could tear the whole place down and it would hardly even be missed.

It quality not quantity.....

Belagio gives ya variety that is quality...the GN only gave a few good items, a few boiler plate items and changed $21...Don't eeven borher...

What choice does one have when called? I have done city, state & federal jury duty. I never had to spend but one day as a juror. If I ever get called for a tough case I figure I would say something like "if they were arrested they must be guilty". I have never had to say that.

So Tabs, your favorite buffet in Vegas is at the Bellagio?
