Strange 2 stroke blower issue

I needed to get my big Husqvarna backpack blower out to a job today.
So early in the morning I loaded it into the trunk of a bronze colored car and drove the car in the near 100 deg sun for the next 5 hours.

When I fired up the blower it did not run very strong and seemed to be struggling to reach max rpm's. This is the biggest blower money can buy. The blower ran OK so I used it to complete the 15 minute cleanup project.

Back into the trunk it went for another 1 or so. Outside temps are even hotter now.

Pulled it back out at the next project, started it up and it would not run.
Died when I gave it gas. Waited a few minutes, tried again and it ran but not well at all. Similar symptoms to an over abundance of fuel.

Back into the trunk.

Put it into my warehouse for a few hours and tried it again.

Ran fine now.

Could 125 deg fuel and oil mix cause such issues.

I will start it again tomorrow to check but it was very strange today. I used the blower a couple of weeks ago and it was perfect. Hopefully tomorrow will be the same.

gasahol??? Chain saw users here have been complaining of gasahol damage. Dunno how that would be related to ambient temps tho. Luckily, sources for 92 octane gas with no alcohol have sprung up here...

Is the fuel tank sealed? If not, is the vent clear? Pressure in the tank could be the problem.

Flooded and/or running rich......I have to adjust the mixture on my 2 stroke chain saw between seasons....Lean for hot weather, richer in the winter.......

My dirt bikes ( CR-250, YZ 490 ) would do the same thing in the desert during the summer unless they were allowed to sit in the shade. they made way more power when the fuel was stored inside the trailer ( A/C ) before a run.
