RIP Lt. Columbo
Peter Falk dead at 83. I've been watching Columbo lately on Netflix. Great stuff. Where he's going, there are no murderers for him to nab.

He was one of the most underrated actors. The Great Race , Mad Mad World, Murder By Death, etc. that guy was subtle FUNNY! I had the pleasure to work with him on a few of the later Columbo MOW's and he was always a great guy and Gentleman.
The one thing was, with his glass eye his "depth perception" wasn't so great. So when he would be in character and anything that he would grab or pickup in the scene, if it was breakable, you needed about 10 of them standing by because he could sweep them right off the table or wherever he was supposed to grab them from. Always professional , always a great guy. RIP Peter, you were a great Dude.

Besides growing up with "Columbo", I really enjoyed him in "The Great Race" and "Wings of Desire".
Rest in peace Lt.
