how to get the attention of the police

again this guy in England with, don't know lottery money and a odd idea of fun and physics is at it again. note helicopter at the end of second video-

I've seen this guy in some of his other vid's, he's totally bonkers. He's either a bored electrical engineer, electrician or a nucking futs hobbyist.

Some of his vids he builds 50,000amp transformers (running on house current), browns out his whole neighborhood and then shorts them out, with his bear hands, for fun .
