Dog Napper At Large

So my buddy owns a resturant. About 3 years ago one of his regular customers asks him to find a home for this little dog she has just got. "It" dosen't get along with her pitbull was her reason.

My buddy asks everyone who comes in if they are interested (this is how I know the back story) even me. He even asks his dad. To his surprise dad says yes. Dad just put his wife in a home (altsheimers) and is feeling a little lonely at age 84. Dog & dad become great buddies going everywhere. Dog gets sick and dad pays $2K for it's opperation. Same as any dog owner would do.

Fast forward 3 years and the PO comes in and says to my buddy "I want my dog back" (this is last month). My buddy figures she's just being stupid and tells her I'll talk to my dad. She hasn't even asked about the dog in the last 3 years, so this comes as a real surprise to him.

Yesterday she phones him and says since you haven't given me my dog back I'm going to go get it. He tells me about her asking last month and the phone call. I tell him to call his dad and tell him she might show up and if she does lock the doors and call the RCMP (dad lives in a small town 2 hrs away). I also told him to call the RCMP and explain the situation in case she shows up and dad calls them in a panic.

The resturant gets busy and I leave. He's going to call his dad when things calm down. Half a hour later his dad calls in a panic. He had just got home and was getting out of his truck when two women jumped him, knocking him to the ground and wrestling the dog out of his arms.

My buddy calls the RCMP and they go and check out the dad. He's got a few bumps and scrapes (which they photograph) and they drive the dad to the hospital to get checked out.

So now there is a Canada wide arrest warrant out for the PO and her 17 year old daughter for assault, battery and robbery.

So if you see a 48 year old fat broad with dirty blond hair accompanied by a fat 17 year old with dirty blond hair and a little white dog that is acting freaked out call your local police.

My buddy told them 3 yrs ago when he found a home with his dad for the dog. They knew the town and the dads name. That and a phone book would give them the address.
