Vibrating Wrenches

I'm trying to learn more about Vibrating wrenches and have found only Patent info (Russian) for a vibrating nut runner. Has anyone here used or heard of such a tool? If so, for what?

So seriously never hear of a Vibrating Wrench.

They are torque wrenches made for noisy (factory) environments.
