How do I create a Pelican icon for my taskbar link?
 

I'd like to create a Pelican icon for my shortcut link on the IE taskbar. How to?

Drag the logo (in front of the page address) down to your task bar & drop. Right click to rename. This is Chrome. but IE works the same. You can also drag the logo to your links bar (as below) & your desktop to make a link there etc.

Drag it down from address bar to you link bar...rename it if you want.

In IE while viewing the PP page click on the little star with the green arrow next to the favorites tab.

I already have the link and it used to have the Pelican icon but it just suddenly changed to a generic ie icon. I've had this before and just want to create an icon that I can save to assign to the link. I was hoping someone could suggest a simple freeware program that isn't loaded down with extra garbage.
