metrosexual topic warning: Beard trimming

Been growing a beard for about two and a half weeks now and it's starting to look ragged. I would prefer not to be wolfboy around the office. Can anyone recommend a quality, yet budget trimming device? Would like to keep the beard trimmed down to about a #1 to #1.5.

Thanks guys.

Hate the cordless ones, get a plug in one from Wahl or Norelco or similar ...

Yep.

And trimming your beard is not "metrosexual"

Coloring your beard so it doesn't clash with your purse is metrosexual.

I use a cheap plug in wahl. Small, and works great...

Those hedge clippers would be suitable for "wolf boy".

Thats not bad for two and a half weeks!

scott, that was from the "no shave november" challenge. Didn't shave a single day in November. I looked pretty...rough.

I have a cordless Whal... works pretty good... probably ten+ years old.

The plug in model is larger and faster.

FWIW I had a beard for 10+ years... for women beards are a love/hate thing... you might want to check with some of the ladies on your radar and find out their preference.

My wife hates beards so I'm a shaving man now.

Man, I dont know whats more distrubing, the weasel pictures or toms come hither look. Strangely hypnotic.

You got a ways to go yet before you are "feared."

I have thought aboue keeping it. Just one problem. During normal times maybe 4/10 chicks don't mind facial hair if well kept. It seems nowadays those numbers have increased up to 6/10. Looks like facial hair is back in.

But if I want to look like the crazy guy from the Giants there are maybe 2/10 chicks that dig that look. I'll always take the higher numbers.

I bought a cheap Wahl when I had my beard. It wasn't as "manly" as yours but it worked until the wife got tired of it.

BTW-you might want to consider getting a haircut. I hear the ladies dig fellas with neat hair.:D
