To hell with high-cost healthcare for this guy, he does surgery on himself! It didn't really work out but you have to admire his *can do* spirit. I especially like the using a lit cigarette to try to cauterize the wound. That was a nice touch. :cool:

you'de think that a butter knife wouldn't be the ideal choice since those typically are blunt ?!?

I don't know a lot about a hernias but I don't think one can "take out a hernia." I wonder what he was trying to remove, part of his intestines?
