That water park give huge discounts to our military families. Seems to me, the owners are great parts of the community. Kudos

The Midway Police Department wouldn't comment on the Midway Lemonade Girls' case, nor would the municipal court clerk.

"There is an investigation going on for some criminal activity and we are not allowed to comment," court clerk Donna Davis told Foxnews.com

Looks like a real proffesional operation there.
Lets see....selling without permit, building without a permit, uninspected food sales, tax evasion, let's not forget child labor laws, loitering, blocking sidewalks...sounds "criminal" in it's entirety.
