who gets to take thier kids to work with them?

I get to bring my son who is four to the restaurant every now and then, and we have a blast. Anybody else get to bring their child to work?

Yesterday I had 6 teenagers working and my son, that was a bit much to keep up with.

My old boss would bring his kid to work, who then became my shadow....

A neighbor of ours has had her son walk to my shop after summer swim practice the last two years for a couple of hours, three days/week. Nothing like hanging out at a pawnshop to expand their view of people.

Yup, as much as keeping the baby for 3 hours, or one of the older kids for a bit while we wait for part 2 of their ride ...

I take my kid to work all the time. It is a good thing, I enjoy it, and he will probably learn a ton hanging around the shop. It is his favorite place, If you ask him what he wants to do this weekend , his answer will always be " go to the shop"
He starts school next year, and mom does not get home until 6:30 pm, so we will probably have the bus driver drop him off at my work after school every day, and I can keep my eye on him for a couple of hours. I plan on giving him a job so to speak, all his chores will be there, sweep up, take out the trash, stuff like that. I'm gonna instill a good strong work ethic in this kid.

My daughter hangs out with me at work once in a while. She loves the shop experience but my boss gets twitchy. (he has no kids)

I'm a landscape and irrigation contractor and there ARE certain days I can take MY 2 Blue Heeler girls....

Winkipop when she was still a puppy (and I had the Red truck):

Winkipop again (on left) all grown up along with my second girl, Billabong, (when I got the white truck):

These are my children (along with my cats and bird) and I take them to work as much as possible!

I will take my son to work at times and if mom needs to go to a dr appointment she will drop him off at my office. I let him help me with things that I need to get done
