that spill hasn't happened yet, but it's good to know.... just in case ,,,.';;..,

I tried that a couple of weeks ago when my wife knocked over half a glass of red wine on a light berber. I soaked up as much of the red as I could with paper towels then poured on the white. It just didn't really do anything to the stain.

I ran to the store and picked up a can of Spot Shot and it make the red disappear. I was pleasantly shocked.

I just read it in the simple tips thread. :D

wife's giving me that "look" ..... uh, slodave says if I spill it white wine will get it out, she just laughed at me " yeah right"...

Using white wine to get out red wine sounds like a complete useless waste of white wine. Although.........................I guess you could sop it up, wring it out....would that be a rose'?
